The Cool Climate of Eden Valley flavours both white varietals allowing delicate aromatics and full flavoured wines to be produced. Sauvignon Blanc and Shiraz coming from the same vineyard
VINIFICATION
A Non Traditional style Rose. Blending the Cimicky Eden Valley Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling. A splash of Shiraz gives a dark pink Salmon Colour and the appearance of a Provence Style Rose.
