Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  If 30 days have passed after your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition to when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and response promptly.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
* Any item not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the outcome and if your refund request has been approved or rejected. If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied automatically to your card or to your original payment method, within a period of up to 21 Days from the day your refund request got approved.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund after the period mentioned above, please contact your bank or financial organisation first before reaching back to us. In some cases, it may take more processing time before your refund is officially posted.  If you’ve done all the above and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. All sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error.  If you wish to request for an exchange, please contact us at [email protected] before sending your item. Once our team confirmed with you, please send your item by post and label the parcel with the following: Attention: Refund Team, 100 Hermann Thumm DR, Lyndoch, SA 5351.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit note for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a credit note will be issued to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be advised of your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Attention: Refund Team, 100 Hermann Thumm DR, Lyndoch, SA 5351. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not be responsible for any such losses and cannot proceed your refund or exchange request until and unless we have received your returned item.
