Tasting Notes:
The cool 2017 season in the Barossa elevated cabernet’s credentials. The sweetness and spice of
Roasted Red Capsicum, Dark Chocolate Cocoa, Over Ripened Dark berries and Black Cherry
with a mid to back palate weight. Slight Marzipan aromas with a Pink Peppercorn nose. Soft
and Elegant oak tannins are intense and its oak integration and maturation shows through to such a wonderful wine.
