From our home vineyard in Lyndoch at the southern end of the Barossa Valley, this wine shows the dark, brooding, brambly fruit characters associated with this sub-region. Soft acidity with a rich, plush middle palate and firm tannins make for a richer style of Barossa Shiraz that will happily accompany heartier dishes. May be enjoyed now for its primary fruit characters, but has the depth of structure to age gracefully for up to 10 years with careful cellaring.
