Regular warm sunny days, with nights that are surprisingly cool for the uninitiated, ensure this moderate climate variety can ripen fully without losing too much natural acidity. Autograph Shiraz represents our best Shiraz wine from the vintage and this year 90% hails from our home vineyard just outside Lyndoch, with the balance coming from Eden Valley.
