Rich and generous, with dark berry fruit/cassis aromas, rich mouth-coating flavours and tannins and a lingering freshness. Being a slightly cooler year than normal, the flavours of the 2020 Estate Shiraz lean more towards ripe damson plums with a soft pink pepper corn, spicy overlay. Restrained oak maturation highlights the fresh fruit flavours, while the soft acidity and ripe, rounded tannins cleanse the palate beautifully. Lingering tannin structure.
